I liked the call originally. Now I'm not sure. Lamar was a game I wouldn't like, but a win is always better than a loss. Originally I viewed getting a chance to beat an SEC opponent and getting paid to do it as a good deal, but looking at this game we have less of a chance than I thought, though I still think it will be a good game.
That was one good play for the gators.
A&M not putting a lot of trust in Manziel's arm. Very few deep passes.
Gators now faking cramps...
Florida has made an amazing comeback in this 2nd half. Looks like the Gators are going to grit out a big win, and leave College Station victorious. Wow!
Very nice halftime adjustment by the Florida Gator coaching staff. Very impressive, indeed.

I guess I was just not as wowed as some of you. You had to know that A&M was jacked up to play their first SEC game and it was their first home game. I guess I have a little more faith in who we are and I am still not "worried" about playing A&M. They are a good team, but not great. I would think we are the same. Not gauranteeing a win for us or them. Should be a good game on October 13th and I think it would have been a good game last week.
Glad we dropped Lamar. A win against Lamar would not have made us more bowl eligible than our current schedule should make us and would have hurt our SOS if we were undefeated to the point that what slim chance we might would have for BCS would disappear. A win against A&M boosts our program more than a loss to them hurts us, especially if it is a close game as I suspect it will be.
You've been watching too much WACk football.
They're an average SEC team that will probably produce more draft picks than the entire WAC combined. Does that clear it up for you?
I don't know how you can sit there without laughing as you make comment after comment about the quality of Florida's talent as you wait in anticipation to watch WACk athletes.
Not trying to knock the WAC but if you think Florida is lacking talent and isn't good, I'd like to know your honest opinion about the talent level the WAC is fielding. Filet mignon doesn't impress you but roadkill does...
We were lucky we didn't play ATM opening weekend.
Yes Florida talent is better than WAC talent, especially this year. I never even compared the two. I think Tech could hold their own against Florida though, but I'd predict Florida to win still just as I do with us against A&M. No one doubts that SEC talent is better than WAC. I was simply stating that most give them too much credit in my personal opinion. I don't believe they are good enough to be in the top 25. While I love my Dawgs, I'm not ignorant enough to say that we have more talent than them. Please don't try and twist my words to say that I thought WAC talent is on par with them. That is very insulting and shows your own ignorance.
