9/22 LaTech at Illinois game thread

This is ridiculous. Our defensive players need to learn how to hit someone. Miss tackle after miss tackle. I thought it was just bad coaching, but this is really starting to piss me off. I expected our offense to have a harder time scoring in this game, but I'm embarrassed by our entire team right now. I'm glad they were fumbling to begin with (and a nice interception) but I think that has ended for the night. Either we have to find some offense or we need to turn the ball over more as we can't play bend don't break since we are breaking.

The namesake for Illinois came from the Illinois Confederacy that has also been called the Illini, but Illini is a nickname for people from Illinois in general and not associated with the indian tribe. At least, that is how the university portrays it.

The D no doubt is playing better. Tackling hasn't been great, but this one is on the O in the 2nd quarter. Normally I'd be ecstatic to be leading a B1G team at half. But not this year, and not to a team that we are clearly better than... we should be blowing them out

Our D is a little better except we are sucking at tackling. Our offense needs a lifeline.
