Actually, one was originally planned to go in by Starbucks, but no more. Not one of the two I mentioned, but was considered by a local business man whom i wont mention not too long ago in a partnership with a former El Chico employee...being Cantina Laredo is an El Chico brand I believe.

I heard that the Cantina Laredo in Shreveport donated their digital billboard space to promote the A&M-Tech game.

Does anyone know what's coming between comfort inn and tractor supply on the service road..I noticed the landed was being graded..

PS: mental health facility on hwy33 hit a snag. Upscale Mexican restaurant is dealing with zoning issues. City is trying to kill a coming chicken poop plant. whataburger still a go. I have not heard yet what is going up on tarbutton. Hotel with conference facilities seems to be a done deal, which could be bad news for a popular local eating establishment.

We just got back from Logan's Roadhouse in Shreveport and we will never go back!

A while back I posted that I had gone to Logan’s and noticed the Miller Lite LA Tech sign was missing and had asked the manager where it was, and he said are you Tech people and we said yes and he said it was broken so it would be back.

Well tonight again I asked the manager where the sign was and reminded him that he had told me it would be back. He said I’m not what you would call a Tech hater, but I not a fan either. I said many of your customers are and you have an lsu sign up, you took the Tech sign down and your parents went to Tech so what is going on. He said my parents knew better than to send me there and walked away as I was telling him we would never be back. Even my wife was shocked at his attitude and said I did a good job of remaining calm.
