So you're okay with the tone? A "CEO" sends a reply to a "customer" that says, in essence, "y'all can suck it."
I also have my "professional" email on my phone. I restrict my "hair-trigger" replies and forwards to inner office, CLOSE coworkers only. I would NEVER reply to "customers" via my mobile until I take the time to proof it carefully for tone and grammar.
Maybe you're much better, polished and careful with spelling, tone and "auto-correct" than either Missy Setters or me.
