Payback La Tech.....You guys stole one in Arlington earlier....Or should I say the refs stole it for you.... UTA wins 63-60....
I can see how a UTA fan would feel like we, or the refs, stole the game. I've felt that way many games we've lost. That UTA game could have gone their way with just one different call. I think I know one he is remembering.
The road win at UTA was the game I consider a turning point in our season. Lose that one and it could have significantly different. We have a young team and confidence to win on the road is very important. We have gained that confidence now.
Welcome to the WAC buddy, if you cry over every game you think you lose b/c of bad officiating you will be crying alot! WAC refs have to be the worst crew in bball so get used to it.
Does anyone know about what minute and or half gibson gets clocked?
I'm not sure if this is what you want...Brandon took an elbow to the head in the Utah State game in the 2nd half with a little over 6 minutes to go in the game. After Alex Hamilton made Brandon's two free throws, the DAWGS only scored 3 points the rest of the game. The last 3 points by Raheem was the margin of victory.

I believe the students can grow their section as well as they have grown it for football. Having 500 students at a baskeball game would be a reasonable target. Get that to 1000 and you wouldn't be able to hear inside the TAC.
I'm going to try and make it to the game
We need Tech athletics to promote this game on campus like a mid-day Pep Rally, meet/greet players, basketball shoot for prizes, etc.

Bringing at least 15 from Haughton for the "Faith and Family Night" promo. Good job by Logan Lewis of calling to let me know about it, then emailing publicity for me to use. Hope to get at least 5 more.
That guy forgot about the blantant flagrant foul that happen right front of the ref that wasn't even called. The UTA player literally threw Kyser to the ground while he was in mid-air.
UTA's coach went ape sh*t after the game and took off running right at the ref, spitting and yelling in the ref's face. I surprised the WAC didn't fine the coach.
Student excitement is very high right now, expect an awesome turnout by the student body.
