Maybe this thread and the "If You Want a Thread to Die" thread should be combined. They both seem to be accomplishing nothing.

That is why the "If You Want A Thread To Die" thread is still going. If it is doing nothing....then how are we going to know when it is finished??? Don't know about this thread, but I will keep the "If You want A Thread To Die" thread going. If RougeDawg wants to jump over to "If You want A Thread To Die" and keep his daily count going...then he is very welcome to do so. However, he started his own thread....so, I'm sure this thread will be ongoing till the admin gets off their butts and does the ground breaking.

UNT's Apogee Stadium:

In February 2008, the school selected HKS, Inc. to provide architectural and design services for the proposed new stadium.^[23] The university hired Manhattan Construction Company in 2009 to provide pre-construction and construction services.^[6] Prior to the groundbreaking ceremony on November 21, 2009, then President of UNT Gretchen Bataille said that of the approximately $78 million needed to pay for the new stadium, the department had raised $5 million.^[24] After leveling the area, Manhattan installed a steel-reinforced concrete skeleton for the stands. Subsequently, the firm flattened the playing field area and installed artificial turf. In later phases, glass and brick were added to the facility's luxury suites.^[25] Construction officially finished on July 20, 2011.^[26]
