As I suspected. If you listen to the commentators at the start of the video, one gives the 3 keys for Troy to be able to set another record. The 3rd key was to get "cooperation from Devry". He "suspected they would cooperate because they'd had such a wonderful time last year scoring over 100 points."
No. 97: Troy
Who is No. 96? This program has won four games against FBS competition since Oct. 11, 2009.
Just a guess here, but I' guessing LA Tech comes in around #60 this year.
If my memory serves, I believe this guy had LA Tech ranked #38 or so last year during the preseason. Considering LA Tech finished #36 in the final USA Today coaches poll, I'd say he was pretty darn accurate.

Of we land 45 this year with our schedule, we lose only one game and finish in the top 25 based on record alone. Only 2 maybe 3 games on our schedule that worry me this year.
Correct!

GAME(S) TO WATCH
— Rice: It's either Rice, a reining bowl team; Louisiana Tech, a team fresh off nine wins but under a new staff; or Iowa State, again the Jayhawks' best chance for a Big 12 win.
Who is No. 95? One of this university's former graduates was the fifth of eight theorists to win the Nobel Prize for studies on decision making.

Middle Tennessee State?
No. 95: California
Lots of talk about the Bulldogs. Very interesting read.
Who is No. 94? This university is a not a mainstream Division I school, according to the president of the NCAA.

Another one of our opponents. Rice.
This is a no brainer. Has to be Rice.

I love this line..."Louisiana Tech went 5-7 in 2010, 8-5 in 2011 and 9-3 a year ago, missing out on a postseason berth due to an extreme case of mismanagement by the university administration."
Good article. Sounds like Dykes and company will be in for a long and painful 2013, but he has a 3-year plan to put CAL on top by 2015. I wish him luck.
One piece of LA Tech info I picked up from this article: On 1,054 plays last year, Tech passed the ball 533 times. That's a pass/run ratio of 50.5% passes to runs. That's great offensive balance.
