I have felt more energetic, just better, than any year since I was 21, nearly 42 years ago. Done 2 triathlons, got a 3rd next week; a mile open water swim; dropped 20 lbs; ordered football Army and season tickets, got reservations for a week vacation ending at the Dawg-Kansas game, just REALLY FEELIN' GOOD!!

I got up this morning. Then went out and raked some pine straw. Now my neck, shoulder, and back hurt....but I will be ok tomorrow. Just glad to be alive and watch our dawgs play football this season. I have a feeling this is going to be a really good season and the dawgs will surprise a lot of people.
