I read in the Daily advertiser today the ULL QB said he was ready to get into a regular game week now that SU was behind them. I think for the players they had more connections with SU than with Tech. For fans this may be Super Bowl. For the players just another game.
Can we please give little Timmy here the award for creativity? A couple of different discussions going on and this is all he can say in any of them. Come on Timmy, surely English Comp classes are offered to seniors hoping to get a job when you finish your 7 year undergrad program. Maybe you should enroll.
I went to school at Tech and majored in English......go to hell tech....passed with A's
The pain train comment made me chuckle too. I don't know what to expect this Saturday. I guess nothing will surprise me. Just hope everyone has a good time and there are no injuries.

But here are some facts about Tech's academic heritage as well as current status.

Louisiana Tech is designated as a Tier 1 National University by the 2014 U.S. News & World Reportcollege rankings and is the only Tier 1 national university in the nine-member University of Louisiana System.
As designated by the Carnegie Research Institute, Louisiana Tech is one of only 35 comprehensive research universities in the nation and the only university in Louisiana to be designated as a National Center of Academic Excellence in Information Assurance Education and Research by the National Security Agency (NSA) and the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The university has long been known for its quality engineering and science programs. The first doctoral degree awarded was a PhD in Chemical Engineering in 1971.

Say it with a cajun accent and it is even more funny.
They do like to take letters out of school names. He may have attended one of the fine technical colleges in the state and shortened it to sound like it's something it's not.
