I've been a member of LTAC since I graduated in 2009. I'm just saying, if you have an LTAC preferred seating section, and all the tickets are the same price, then they should ALL be first come first served (only available to LTAC members up to a certain date). Not tiered based on your donation level.

I disagree. There is absolutely no way a person that has joined LTAC today for $100 and never had season tickets should go before a person that has been a season ticket holder and in LTAC since it was called CHAMPS.

LTAC is a long term program designed to allow the budgeting of funds over multiple years for athletics. LTAC needs people giving on a regular basis. And part of the incentive for people to continue to give and be loyal (even when we suck!) is they get priority seating above others come the opportunity for a bowl.

You have been giving for 5 years. You will have priority over many just not everyone. But at the end of the day you will be surrounded by Tech fans cheering on the Dawgs to a victory! If your seats end up on the 40 instead of the 50, it really won't matter at that time!

One of the many perks to be an LTAC member is priority seating for bowl games. If you are on this board and not an LTAC member, what are you doing? You can join for $100/year or give monthly via draft. They have a list of LTAC members so they shouldn't have to ask every person.

they have brought on extra folks to handle the "rush" -- no big deal . Most away games we get stuck in horrible seats, doubt that anyone calling now wont be between 30 yard lines--- this ain't Taylor Swift tickets -- $10 month seems reachable for most folks and maybe we can have a LTAC logo under our Avatar-- disallow bitching if you are not invested in program ---ok even I see that is not fair, you have a right to bitch if you buy a ticket ( but not if you pick up a free ticket)

Will the ticket office have actual tickets there? I'm trying to order my ticket through Tech's website but the only delivery option they are giving me is will call. I really don't want to drive to Dallas without a ticket.

The priority deadline to purchase bowl tickets was today, Friday, December 12th at 5:00pm. I have no idea if this means you can still order for pickup or not.

My group purchased 18 tickets after a call to the LTAC office to figure out who had the highest priority.

Hopefully in the future we can invest in the print-your-ticket-at-home software.

Then we won't have to pick up our tickets anywhere but from our printer.

. . . . but then you would need the airtight scanning software system (and per$onnel) in play so there's no duplications.

I believe that after the priority deadline you may still order for pick up at the ticket office or at the stadium.

I was told they won't allow ticket pick-up at the Tech ticket office. That was as of Friday. Maybe they have changed their minds. Otherwise, tix are to be mailed out. During this busy time for the already slow US Postal Service.....

You would think Tech would be THANKFUL to have as many pick-ups as possible, just to save postage, if nothing else.

We better be able to pick them up on campus this week. Imagine the joys of standing in the Will Call line with 5000 Tech fans during tailgate time........ Please tell me my school is not going to allow this to happen......
