City of Ruston deciding that since their system crashed they'd average your August-October bills to determine your November bill. August and September are always some of my highest bills. So my bill was over $100 more than it should've been. Not happy.

No sure, but I think they lost that part of the data base. Foster Cambell will have fun with this one.

Should have a hard copy run from where the bills are produced for the auditors to tie back to each month...

If its not on hard copy, it should of been in PDF format - usually stored in the cloud based application or external drive
