UAB men's basketball lost it's last two regular season games - 1st loss to then 1-15 Florida Atlantic and then to FIU in the 2nd game of the south Florida trip. Florida Atlantic had lost 11 straight until the UAB Blazers came to town.

Some of you reading this may wonder why 2 UAB losses peeve me. Read the basketball forum to see how just one win on the trip would have changed Tech's tournament schedule.

A C-USA school that doesn't understand winning in football also doesn't seem to understand winning in basketball. They could have finished as high as #2 seed for the C-USA tournament, but they lose the 2 Florida games and finished as the 4th seed. Maybe their president should also get rid of basketball.

I put this on the peeve of the day thread even though this peeve is now in it's 3rd day. I won't be over it until Saturday afternoon when the Bulldogs raise the trophy.

I'm still peeved that UAB couldn't win one of the two games in Florida. Now that we know the impact of those losses on us, I expect others understand better why I was so peeved.

I'm so peeved that I haven't watched or listened any basketball today and don't know the score of any game - including the C-USA championship. I'll get over it soon but right now I'm still peeved.
