Seems to me that when you're in the entertainment/sales industry that you would want to create as much interest in your product as possible. This includes walk throughs for those that may not be in the position to purchase tickets now but would in the near future.
Prior to the Southern game, they should do
Exclusive Soft Opening - LTAC Members (wine and dine event)
Open House - Community and Fans
It should be open for all LTAC members up until the players arrive.
...what would be the incentive for those who are paying for usage on game day? All LTAC members had a chance to purchase seating/usage. Those who chose not to don't deserve the same treatment as those who gave.
This is not to say that all LTAC members should not be given a "look see".
Granted there are a few BIG doners and many little ones. However, it would be absolutely ignorant to not have an open house to 1) show ALL LTAC doners/fans what a great facility it is and 2) promote it for additional high-end seating sales.
Remind me - were any public funds used to build the SEZ?
