Thanks, this has been FUN and the days have passed pretty quickly.

Today, August 26, is NATIONAL DOG DAY!! My best pets have been rat terriers and golden retrievers.

But my FAVORITE BREED is the LOUISIANA TECH BULLDOG!!

Re: If you want a thread to die

I was wondering how many students would be on campus for the game on 09-05-15. Dorms open 09-04-15. First day of class is not until 09-10-15.

Good question. I'm doing my best to spread the word but I suspect there's not a big on-campus push to attend.

You have to admit, this is probably a good thing. We can be a pretty difficult bunch at times.

    Excellent idea.

This year's inspiration was from Houston: I'd made a joke about the number 44 at 44 days before kickoff and he related it to baseball legend Hank Aaron #44. Also keeps the thread relevant for Tech football by noting player numbers.
