Don't look now, but the Confederate flag is about to come off of the Monument to the SC Confederate Dead in the wake of the tragedy in Charleston. Why? Because the monster that perpetrated the heinous crime allegedly espoused support for the Confederacy. Therefore, the flag caused it, and has to come down.
Lest we say, "oh, but Chuck, it's just a flag" --- granted today, it's *just* an "offensive" (to some) flag. Tomorrow...will some demand the removal of the monument itself? What if some fanatical "Christian" loses his mind (like this kid did) busts up into an abortion clinic and mows people down, do we respond by removing Crosses on the side of the road? Off of church steeples? What exactly are we hoping to achieve with the flag's removal?
It's about an agenda. And regardless of how you view the Confederate battle flag, we better be VERY careful what we wish for.
It would take a VERY long post to explain the truth about that agenda. For starters, ask yourself what the Confederacy REALLY represents in terms of the libtards' goals....
