We grip about no coverage and too much coverage...we need a reality check. He does a good job most of the time. If you don't like what he says on Twitter.....THEN UNFOLLOW HIM.

Who complained about too much coverage?

Every critique I've ever made of Isabella was prefaced with what a good job he does in covering LaTech.

You need a reality check or a reading comprehension check...

I don't follow him on twitter. Twitter is everywhere. It's impossible to ignore it completely.

I wasn't saying it was you. If i would have been jumping down you, i would have quoted your last message. Just in general we as Tech fans love to find something to complain about.

We see it generally as harassment, but the recruits see it as "social media 'love'". Like it or not, kids today derive a sense of self worth from how much "attention" they receive on Twitter and other social media.
This is one strange, and very narcissistic generation for sure.

I don't have a Twitter account. Never have, don't plan to.

Facebook and LinkedIn are bad enough.

Not liking what I saw on Twitter this morning. Oh well, I guess this is just the circle of life.

Tech probably means Texas Tech in the context "Wreck'em Tech". The way one of our opponents would say it is "Wreck Tech".

The twitter expresses his enthusiasm for his new job and shows his intended recruiting area. I wouldn't expect anything less.

Yeah, I'm always torn on unfollowing former coaches when they move on. I'm often curious to follow their careers and see how they do, but depending on where they go, I don't always want all the stuff from their new school in my feed. It gets really bad around signing day when everyone is tweeting about their new class. It's not that I care most of the time, I'd expect them to do that, it's just that, well, I don't care and don't want to have to scroll through all that.

I usually unfollow. I do wish him (and them in general) well, and if anything good happens I'll hear about it elsewhere.

If Texas Tech is competing with us for recruits in any of those places, the Red Raiders are in a heap of trouble.

Texas Tech is nothing more than a glorified H.S. or JUCO in my opinion. And that is from judging the education, habits and careers of many TT grads as well as those that didn't make it (you have to be really freaking simple not to).

The latest Scout team recruiting ranking has Texas Tech in the top twenty.

Texas Tech always seem to have accreditation issues.

Of course he's enthusiastic; and rightfully so. I was just commenting that a few weeks ago his tweet would have engendered enthusiasm in me as well. Like I said, life and football recruiting go on.
