Interesting thought exercise, but can you really separate the individual from their likely decisions?

The real question is can you live with the outcome?

I can't see Trump beating Hillary regardless of whether I vote or not. He comes across as a nutty, unstable, inexperienced, conspiracy theorist, and she seems to be the reasonable candidate who has been in politics her whole life. (to people who have no ideology and don't know the evilness of progressive liberalism... or 70% of the country). He will need her to be indicted to have any chance, imo.

We've discussed this. Hillary will not get the turnout Obama got to barely win. Trump's turnout numbers are going to be much higher than the pollsters are predicting.

Hillary has no drawing power. She is mean, ugly, fat, loud, fake, and a known murderer. Only the drive by media and some liberals like her. The sheeple will not get out to vote.

That's possible. She's a terrible person and a terrible candidate and Democrats know it. But she's another Democrat who offers free stuff and that's where the majority of the country is at politically right now. The fear of a Trump presidency will get them out to vote in the end, imo.

Sheeple have never voted out of fear. They ONLY vote for free stuff or money on the way to the polls. Clinton can't offer much more than they have now. Free automobiles and fuel maybe.

A commentator on Fix News nailed it yesterday when he said "Hillary is so much of an insider in DC that it makes her an outsider in today's worldwide anti-establishment movement".

The Clintons are old news and that evil bitch is finished.

For me, it comes down to running mates, cabinet, other advisors, and Supreme Court. I'll take my chances with Trumps choices.

She'll be tough to beat because she will get all positive publicity while Trump will get all negative. There will be no mention of her IT guy taking the 5th 150 times on the same day she says she has been totally open and cooperative (and has instructed everyone else to do likewise) with the inquiry. There will be no mention of the countless issues with the Clinton Foundation. There will be no mention of the failings as Sec of State. She is free to say and do whatever she wants.

Today I watched ABC news by mistake and it started with 10 minutes of negative Trump coverage of everything they say he has said that is horrid, then a couple of minutes of her in her standard powder blue Chairman Mao outfit at the gay pride parade in New York smiling and waving.

It will have to be a total grass roots campaign and it will have to be won over the constant drumming of negativity by the mainstream media and others. I don't think there are enough critical thinkers left in America to make that happen.

And what did he buy with that money? I'd love to know.

All the networks are pro Hillary, except Fox News. Also, Google and Yahoo are pro Hillary. Not that difficult to figure out.

Nate Silver (fivethirtyeight.com) is giving Hillary a 79% chance of winning. His analogy was that it's halftime in the election and she has a 7-10 point lead. The last candidate to lose after a similar lead was Michael Dukakis (1988).
