There's no way for Trump to adequately refute the allegations before election day (which is why they were released when they were). People are considering them seriously because the women claim he did exactly what he claimed he did in the tape.
He would be wise to move on to other topics, but he won't be able to help himself.

David Brooks explained why...I think I've posted the article about a million times. Here's the executive summary: People get frustrated with government so they elect "no compromise" politicians. Here's the problem; politics is compromise. The politicians either compromise (Rubio) and the frustrated electorate feels betrayed, or they refuse to compromise (Cruz) and they get nothing done. The frustration of the electorate is never alleviated.
Anyway, I suppose we're about to find out what happens when you burn it all down. I'm not optimistic.

Since Bush the elder won the "compromises" have favored liberal ideals. It has gotten progressively worse. The tea party guys were treated like nuts when they could have worked to get some things good things done. Nothing but crap like Obamacare and other liberal causes that harm America.
Exactly...what got them elected made them crappy legislators. We had bad negotiators so we took a sledgehammer to a situation that called for a scalpel.
Not sure what the GOP could've done to stop Obamacare. That one came straight from the bench.
The GOP gets nothing done because they have no ideas...no positive vision for America. They've been crowing on Fox News for so long about how bad America sucks that they've started to believe it.
We lit the fuse on Super Tuesday and there's no going back now. Let's just hope HRC is merciful.
It's not a lack of ideas. It's just that their ideas mostly suck.
