Left a message with a state employee for a call back. Didn't hear anything so I called the supervisor to be sure the employee was in. Supervisor tells me the message will be delivered and I will get a call back within the hour. 10 minutes later my phone rings and it is the person I have been trying to reach. "What number did you call? I didn't have a voicemail."
When you called back, you should have asked for the head clown!!
That never gets you anywhere although it is probably true.
Not sure what's more:
Pedestrians having right of way needs to be revisited.
Or people freaking out on the interstate when they see a cop.
People who don't appreciate the awesomeness of PBR and/or CH's mad returning skills.
Americans are spoiled with the lack of walking. We need to do more to promote it. I'm all for pedestrians having the right of way.
Makes sense according to safety experts.
Doesn't make sense on freeways though. Every six months or so some dumb ass tries to walk across one of our freeways and doesn't make it. It got so bad at one particular place on the West Belt that they had to put up special barriers to keep people from crossing.
