The photo deck on the lowest level is almost the exact size of the club level at Tulsa's Chapman Stadium. If demand warrants, I could easily see a portion of it someday being converted into a club with the first three or four rows below it in the existing stadium being converted to a private area with chairbacks. Tulsa was very successful with that approach, converting roughly 300 seats.

Dwayne, Dawgpix, and I discussed this possibility when the project was first announced, but I can now see how it really is built into the design. Our fanbase would have a choice between covered seating in the DAC or outdoor seating as part of a press box club. Again, if demand ever warrants that type of expansion.
