They have the ability to program the lights to do different preset patterns. No colors.

Will they repave the North and East parking lots any time some?
no
They don't need repaving. One our our great THEBBB posters gave them a heck of a deal on the paving just a few years ago.
If anything we need trees spaced out in those lots.
I would prefer concrete if the lots were to be redone.
