Some of you guys were already quite good at self delusion. A few of you are surprising me, though.

We don't know who leaked this, yet. But we do know the substance of the leak, and it exposes Trump for exactly who he is. It is almost as if you guys are completely disregarding the content of the leak because of how the information became available. Of course, when Hillary was illegally hacked the substance of the hack was fair game to you guys. Self delusion and cognitive dissonance at its finest.

This POS is exactly who I have been claiming he is.

What Hillary, her staff and Obama's did were multiple Federal crimes, these of Trumps are still just dust in the wind.

Commission of a crime, or lack thereof, is not the only standard I use to judge a president.

These attacks are driving more people toward Trump. But, that's not what's important. Pay no attention to these popularity polls. Just like ALL the polls had Krooked Killary winning easily, so too are these polls skewed and inaccurate. Ultimately, Trump will be judged, by REAL Americans, on the job he does for them. If the economy continues to grow and real jobs and economic opportunity is created, Trump will get the credit and be re-elected in 2020. If the economy is sluggish and people are generally not better off, then most voters will look to someone else.

In 1996 voters held their nose and voted for Slick Willy because the economy was doing very well and the USA, as a whole, was pretty good. I have posted before, even though I did not vote for Billy Boy either time, and I don't like his personal antics, and how he sold missile technology to the Chicoms to fund his '96 campaign (remember the Chinese monks, who despite their vow of poverty, had $tens of millions to donate to the Klinton-igore campaign? Yeah, uh huh...), I have to admit the economy did well under him. In fact, Bill Clinton enjoyed the best 8-year run as POTUS of any prez dating back to the mid-19th century. He nosed out (barely) Reagan's 8-year record for economic growth. Of course, those two as #1 and #2 are waaaaaaaaay ahead of the 3rd place guy.

It's the economy, stupid...

That's the mantra for any prez, except obummer, to get re-elected. obummer is a special case...the Teflon man, where nothing bad ever sticks to him. obummer has the worst 8-year run as POTUS in the economy....with one exception, as I recall. Maybe not....trying to remember. obummer might have the absolute worst 8-year run, and other prezzes had just a worst 4-year run because they weren't re-elected. Regardless, the economy sucked under obummer, by any measure. He was given a pass.

Trump won't be given any passes. He's not winning friends and influencing people to look the other way re: the economy. He'll be judged (in 2020) by how people's wallets have faired. Period.

No his base is still growing because working people are sick of being led around by the PC crowd of socialist, democrats, and other big government liberals. Believe CNN and the MSM if you choose, but you were snookered going back prior to the election and you continue to be. Sadly you have no agenda other than hating Trump.

Anything he can't do by executive order has proven to be problematic for him because he is not a skilled governor. Those traits that his base loved make him particularly ineffective. It may be now and it may be later, but if he can't deliver on his promises (Wall, healthcare, resurgence of American manufacturing), his base will throw him out of office in favor of a more bombastic option . . . who's results will be even worse.

I would say that Trump has been VERY effective at pointing out media and liberal double standards. The problem is that he hasn't been able to capitalize on it because he's a poor leader in the political realm and he has almost no discipline. As soon as he scores a point, he gives one back.

Trump's "team" does not want to win or be led. The Republicans are as corrupt as the Democrats. That's been obvious to most of us for years. He leads people who want to better their situation. The corrupt Washington establishment is on top with nowhere to go but down. They refuse to be led to a lower position. Even democrats are seeing the weakness of their own party's agenda now. They have no agenda other than pandering to those with no thinking skills who want more free stuff. Sadly those people and the Democrats believe they are entited to more free stuff. Trump haters with no dog in the establishment would rather give more stuff away than see him succeed.
