We have 2 games left that I feel we have a better than average chance of winning, Rice and UTEP. Southern Miss is going to beat us worse this year than the last two years. North Texas is a loss. FAU and UTSA are toss ups. In a year that a lot of people had hopes for 10 wins, we will probably win 6.

Some have mentioned that the blocked FG may not have been legal. Someone who was there, can you verify that UAB should have been penalized for launching off a teammate?

I'm not sure if the block itself was illegal, but the UAB bench cleared onto the field during a live ball. That's a penalty and a rekick.

Win or lose, tho, we lost. We got WHIPPED by (essentially) a first year football team. But all is well on the Holtz train.

This is not a likeable team. A lot of people don't like THIS Tech team, and that obviously included the referees today.
