Savage isn’t qualified to comment on mental health, but I invite you to check out the book that mental health professionals wrote on Donald Trump. Appropriately titled “The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump: 27 Psychiatrists and Mental Health Experts Assess a President”. Enlightening.
IDK. Fox News is bad about not reporting all the details and they tend to lean left many times.Had Paul been totally against the current plan, they would have reported something on that detail. Maybe they did and I didn't see it. I gathered from Paul's comments in various publications that he is willing to work with Trump. He has not drawn a line in the sand on taxes like he did on Obamacare repeal.
And now these numbers!

The 25th is the one Trump should be concerned about.
So, if Pence becomes POTUS say, next year...in January, 2018, and he serves out the present term, runs for election and wins in 2020, can he then run for his re-election in 2024? If so, he could serve as POTUS for 11 years. Would that be legally possible?
I'll have to look it up to confirm, but I think the answer is yes. I think LBJ chose not to run for his second term.
Edit: LBJ only served from 63-64 then was re-elected for another term. He did choose not to run, but could have.
Can a president serve for 10 years?
Answer: A president is limited to serving for 10 years in office. He or she can only be elected to two full terms according to the 22nd amendment to the US Constitution. However, if an individual becomes president through the order of succession, then they are allowed to serve an additional two years.
So no, Pence could not serve two full terms after having served more than 2 years as a successor.
No, I just spoke to him on the phone after he read my post here. I was just asking a general question re: the law covering POTUS terms.
But, PawDawg addressed the question, and based on that, Trump will stay for at least two years of his term. That way Pence will be eligible to finish out this term, plus get two more.
Oh, and yes, it is understood that voters may not want Pence for that long, but I was just asking about the possibilities.
