Democrap rebuttal: Yeah, we know all of that is true. Yes, obummer is guilty of espionage and yes the whole gang from Holder to Lynch to Comey et al were all complicit in this illegal activity, but...well...we rebut that!!!
The DOJ and admin had been scolded by the FISA court months before the "We need to spy on Trump" request. They were giving the needed information to the court in order to get the warrants, but the reasons turned out to be political. It happened many times with Obama, Holder, and Lynch. This is from a year ago...

If they keep digging, my guess is that the Obama admin will be the most scandalous in the history of the USA. They stacked the law enforcement agencies with idiot lackeys to hide their evil ways, and NEVER thought anyone but Hillary would occupy the Whitehouse .... so they thought their secrets would stay that way.
Republicans were unwilling to dig because they'd be seen as racist for attacking the first black president. Trump is color blind, so he doesn't care. This is why they are playing the race card more and more.

Nunes: they used x to get a FISA warrant.
Rebuttal: they also submitted y and z to get the FISA warrant. It would have been proper to grant the FISA warrant on y and z alone, or y and z provided sufficient corroboration of x to justify a warrant.
Under the scenario where only Nunes memo gets reported, less-informed Americans might be led to believe that someone acted unlawfully because a warrant shouldn’t have been granted purely on the basis of x. The omission of the rebuttal, by omitting material facts, can be misleading at best.

A date that will live in infamy for the Democrat Party, as well as the date that will forever be remembered as the day that President Donald J. Trump successfully destroyed the deep state, Washington DC establishment. Our nation has never experienced anything like what we're all about to witness. Pray for the peaceful transition of power as control of our nation is finally wrested from that DC establishment and put back into the hands of the people of this country. I thank God for what I believe is his divine intervention in saving our nation from those that would have destroyed it.
