CNN has obsessed over Melania Trump’s health, counting every single day the first lady has gone unspotted since her surgery, a full turnaround compared to their coverage of Hillary Clinton’s health conspiracies.
The Daily Caller News Foundation’s Anders Hagstrom goes over just how much CNN and other outlets are covering Melania’s “disappearance” since undergoing what the White House called a “minor” surgery. CNN’s Chris Cillizza begged Americans to stop talking about Clinton’s health after the candidate collapsed and had repeated coughing fits during the stressful 2016 election cycle. Those speculating about her health were labelled conspiracy theorists, and perhaps rightly so, but no more. Now, CNN and other outlets are calling Melania’s absence “eerie.”
Melania is slated to make her first re-appearance Monday night at a dinner for gold star families, which may put the issue to rest.

CNN contributor April Ryan backtracks after claiming Trump was booed at White House event

CNN political analyst April Ryan was forced to backtrack on claims that the president was “heckled and booed” at a White House event Tuesday after it was reported that the ridicule was, in fact, directed at a protester in the crowd.

Tuesday’s event was originally meant as a celebration for the Philadelphia Eagles to honor the team for its Super Bowl victory. But President Trump rescinded the invitation, accusing the team of disagreeing "with their president because he insists that they proudly stand for the National Anthem, hand on heart, in honor of the great men and women of our military and the people of our country.”

Trump instead hosted a patriotic event to celebrate America.

Ryan tweeted just after noon that it was confirmed by reporters that Trump was “heckled and booed” when he appeared on the South Lawn.

She quickly walked back those comments after learning that a heckler in the crowd was asking the president questions, and as a result was booed.
“The booes [sic] were for the heckler,” Ryan said in her tweet.

She later deleted the tweet, citing “reporters on the south lawn” for misreporting the events.
“After the tape was watched the heckler was booed not @realDonaldTrump,” she said again.

Breaking: reporters are rewatching the event and found a heckler in the crowd started asking questions of @realDonaldTrump and the heckler was booed. The heckler was escorted out of the event. The booes were for the heckler

So basically, you tweeted out a lie, intimated that it was breaking news, and...oops?

The original breaking boo tweet was deleted as reporters on the South Lawn who told of the booign and heckling did not see all of what happened on the other side of the lawn. After the tape was watched the heckler was booed not @realDonaldTrump

I have actually learned quite a bit from left leaning folks over my lifetime (and have adjusted my opinions because of what I have learned), and you are a poor representative of that point of view. If anything, you are so tribal that you have forced others to become more entrenched in their viewpoints. There seems to be no rationale to your point of view...only hate.
