And again, when an American citizen gets arrested their children don't go to jail with them. They are separated.
Why give illegal aliens more or extra rights then American citizens?

Again this issue is another red herring attempted by the liberal media and Dem. politicos
to take the focus off the Hillary, FBI/CIA , DNC crimes.
Haven’t seen pictures. Don’t you care that 2700 families have been separated.

These aren’t extra rights. Americans aren’t denied release on bail for misdemeanors.

Amnesty is different, and some of these families are following US law by showing up at ports of entry and requesting amnesty.

Nope I don't care as they are coming as a family supposed after hearing they would have an easier time getting in to the USA. So again no! And the Dems. voted for and started this policy and ruling to begin with and it was much worse during idiot Obama's terms. Socialist Dems are such double standard and double minded individuals.

    Re: Immigration

Oh and I do blame Democrats for failing to act on immigration legislation. And they opened our borders like a flood during Obama for Democrat voter gains in the future. As stated by the WH, "the current immigration and border crisis and all of the attendant concerns it raises" to the "exclusive product of loopholes in federal immigration laws that Democrats refuse to close."

The Senate conducted a weeklong debate on numerous immigration-related bills in February, but none received the 60 votes necessary for passage. They are blocking the bills so that "children issue" gets worse. Demi are the sick puppies as they are using them as pawns all for voting power.

You are talking about the 2008 TVRPA that has bipartisan support and was signed by W?

That doesn’t require separation of families. The change in policy of not releasing people on bail that commit misdemeanors is what causes separation of families. It has been 10 years since the child trafficking protection law was passed and the US has taken the humane approach - to send families to civil deportation proceedings where the families can stay intact.

The decision to criminally prosecute all parents for the misdemeanor of illegal crossing and to deny bail is what results in the separation. It is not until the government decided to separate the family that the kid becomes an “unaccompanied minor” and the the 2008 TVRPA comes into effect.

Trump hasn't done a gosh darn thing to "manufacture a crisis." If anything he tried to stop it. He said, even before he was elected, what he planned to do. So! all these criminal invaders came here knowing full well what might happen. They can just GO HOME!

So, stop the stupid partisan BS.

Some of them were seeking asylum and following US law.

Besides two wrongs don’t make a right. And treating people inhumanely is immoral and not a good look for the US or Republicans.

91% of those who’ve been separated from their kids being charged with a misdemeanor.

If I were a Trump guy, I’d be trying to get Stephen Miller in a cell next to Manafort.
