Unless we have an offense performance 400+ yards we will get rolled. Our most productive game offensively I believe was against LSU, our defense is playing well, but they will tire if they stay out there all night because our offense is 3 and out over and over. That field position will start leading to points later in game as well because they will be defending against the short field and a mobile QB.
Fitz has not been the same since injury. If Jaylon gets to him early, it could affect his whole game.
Did you see or hear about his game last week against A&M? Over 300 yards passing and rushing, 4 TD's. He was a freakshow. I hope you are right about Jaylon getting to him or at least in his head. Perhaps he will go back into his slump this week, but I bet he is pretty confident. Either way I do not see a repeat of last years blowout.Originally Posted by techman05
I can't predict a score against the dogs, but I hope we are all very very surprised with a positive outcome this weekend. That would put a much needed spark of excitement(Ok a fire) back in the season. People like to watch exciting teams- and our fans expect that from our years of high flying offenses. Jaylon's sacks are the most exciting thing for TECH fans these days- and he is fun to watch.
Fitzgerald reminds me of Colon Pumpernickel ( Colin Kaepernick) when he runs. Huge long strides. I watched most of that game, and he was outstanding.
I haven’t watched, but how did A&M fare against other good competition? Just trying to understand if MSU played that much better or if A&M is not very good.
