Have you ever taken a serious look at the company you are keeping? Why is socialism the answer?
I think I know where you stand on many of these, but check of the ones you disagree with the socialist democrats on...
- most importantly, resist anything and everything Trump supports.
- create "clean energy" jobs. No to pipelines, drilling, and fracking.
- higher taxes for "the wealthy" (please define "wealthy")
- create special rights for LGBTQ
- free college for everyone
- forgive student debt
- more money to HBC colleges
- more regulation of all private "for profit" schools
- free preschool for every child
- secure UNIVERSAL health care.
- end systemic racism (if so, please define it)

- create "clean energy" jobs. No to pipelines, drilling, and fracking. **yes to clean energy and yes to pipelines, drilling and fracking. Yes also to clean air and participating in international efforts to reduce ghg
- higher taxes for "the wealthy" (please define "wealthy") **taxes should cover government spending. We should stop running deficits. Capital gains taxes should go up from where they are. The marginal income tax rates are fine.
- create special rights for LGBTQ **not so much special, but they should be allowed to marry and enjoy all privileges and responsibilities that their straight counterparts enjoy.
- free college for everyone **no
- forgive student debt **no
- more money to HBC colleges **maybe, but not necessarily
- more regulation of all private "for profit" schools **not that I can think of
- free preschool for every child **no
- secure UNIVERSAL health care. **maybe. Health care has become kind of like transportation systems in the US. We could operate it as a system of toll roads where people pay for the roads that they take, but at the end of the day the private system has evolved to offer very few real options and prices still reflect use of the system by uninsureds. Given that we are going to pay for it anyway, I am starting to think we may be better off with a Medicare for all type system where people can supplement it with their own secondary/primary policies or pay cash.
- end systemic racism (if so, please define it) ** it should be an over-arching policy objective and should be considered in legislation. [\QUOTE]
When FoxNews won’t run the President’s ad because it is too racist....
I think you missed the point, but I can spell it out for you.
We have a president that bases his political strategy on wedge issues particularly, racism, xenophobia, sexism. Even when having better real issues to campaign on, he chooses the ones that provoke fear and hatred of others. He has a history of flirting with the racist and xenophobic feelings in his irreducible base and his ads finally went there a little too explicitly.
This tumor needs to be excised, and if it can’t be excised, it’s proliferation needs to be contained.
President Donald Trump has accomplished more in two years as president than GW Bush and Obama collectively did in 16. His leadership has resulted in Black and Latino employment levels being lifted to levels NEVER seen before in our history. Our nation is approaching complete energy independence. Business is BOOMING. Why are you so unwilling to give credit to the man for doing the phenomenal job that he's done. What we're witnessing is the direct result of divine intervention on behalf of the millions and millions of Americans that prayed for the deliverance of our country. Consider your ways, man. Those that mock God do so at their own peril.
