Biden has taken a HUGE early lead. But, as was pointed out by a pundit, Krooked Killary enjoyed a similar lead in the demo race at this point in 2007. And she did not get the nomination.

Actually, it is Trump that is trying to impinge on Congress’s constitutional power to conduct oversight.
The oversight has been conducted. There's a 400 page report that took 22 months to complete and cost $40,000,000 that everybody can read and there is no collusion and no obstruction.
The DOJ can’t do oversight of the executive branch because it is the executive branch.
The Mueller report is proof positive that the entire investigation was nothing more than a witch hunt. If Mueller could have indicted President Trump, he would have. He's got nothing, just like you.
You still haven’t read it, so your ignorance is understandable.
Please point to the page and section that tells us what Trump did that was a crime and worthy of being prosecuted. What page did Mueller say Trump colluded with the Russians, and the evidence that supported it? this way we don't have to read all 400+ pages of it.
