A feint designed to throw people off. They knew the Supreme Court would ultimately rule in favor of 2nd Amendment rights, so to make it look like they can be fair, they decided to make this ruling. Anyone who thinks the 9th Circuit actually agrees with their opinion in this case has been duped.

YES! I am saying they disagree with their own ruling. IF they thought the SC would uphold the leftist opinion in this case, they would have ruled that way, which they do actually agree with.

9th Circuit is expected to issue a ruling on Pres Trump's plan to divert $6.7 billion from the military to build the wall. Hmmm...that's the US MILITARY, representing all 57 states (as according to obummer), and that was a budget executive order made by the POTUS, who is Commander in Chief of said national military, yet, the 9th Circuit which covers a half-dozen states on the west coast, decided it has to have a say in the matter. So, the 6th Circuit can issue an opinion too saying Trump can divert all the money he wants to. If this is really a matter for a court, then ONLY the SC has a say, as the ONLY national court.

So, save your BS for your gullible cats who probably believe what you say...or pretend to. "no bearing on your life" ah, no.

Frankly, I don't know why anyone pays attention to the 9th, just ignore it.

An easy case that the 9th Circuit got right.

Constitution gave the exclusive power to make appropriations to Congress in Article 1, s 9. “No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law“. In case you forgot your history, the Founding fathers distributed powers among the different branches to provide checks and balances and protect liberty.

The money Trump was trying to get the DOD to transfer to the wall, was part of an appropriations bill where Congress explicitly excluded the transfer of funds to support spending on something Congress had already denied funding AND where the the need was unforeseen (section 8005 of the appropriations bill). Basically this clause was put in to prevent Trump from circumventing Congress.
