They have the transcript of Trump's phone call that they used to accuse him of a crime and it shows no crime was committed. There is no quid pro quo. Trump is not going to get impeached and removed from office. No Republican is going to the dark side. All of the votes so far have been 53-47.

Their second article is moot since they refused to follow procedure and take their document and witness requests to the courts. The simple remedy for that is to go to the courts. So, now we have 1 article stating that he asked for a personal favor when he asked Ukraine to do the country a favor. Did I miss anything?

The Constitution doesn’t even require the impeachment be for a “crime” - “high crimes and misdemeanors” has a specific meaning at common law in England at the time the Constitution was drafted. Trump’s conduct is of the nature that the framers were specifically concerned with when they insisted on including impeachment/removal in the Constitution.

He said this last night after Nadler gave his speech which was nothing but lies. He said you need to "remember where you are" when you're are making your speeches. In other words you're in the house of the senate and you need to stop lying. He said this after a democrat spoke.
Wrong on both accounts. Roberts made his comment immediately following WH Cipollone’s statement - not immediately after Nadler’s.
Second, his comment was NOT an admonition against lying - it was against improper decorum of the representatives hurling insults at each other.
