Why do you guys think he was so rich?

20 years an attorney, what 40+ years in politics, especially in Congress and as crooked and as scumbaggy as they come...and he didn't accumulate $10's of millions from lobbiests, etc..??? Well...he wasn't the sharpest crayon in the box. Wasn't it Cummings who said an island would tip over if you put too much stuff on one side of it? I think so. So, maybe, he stumbled and bumbled his way thru life and was never intelligent enough to accumulate wealth. Given how stupid he was, that is a very real possibility.

I also acknowledge that, again given how stupid he was, the $1.3 million NET worth figure could be accurate. I know a lot of so-called "successful" people who have a lot of stuff but who are in debt up to their ears. One in particular I am thinking of is an attorney, owns several businesses, his wife is a supervisory nurse, so is probably making six-figures, and on the surface, because of all their "stuff" one would think, wow! these folks are loaded. Knowing them both like I do, I suspect their net worth is barely in the black. And that might be generous.

So, yeah, maybe Cummings was barely in the black too, at $1.3 million net worth, because of foolish spending, houses (mansions), boats, airplanes, cars (lots of cars), paying off hookers (lots of hookers). That is certainly possible.

Dems Paid Pennsylvania Election Officials to Stuff Ballot excerpt:
    quote:

“DeMuro fraudulently stuffed the ballot box by literally standing in a voting booth and voting over and over, as fast as he could, while he thought the coast was clear,” U.S. Attorney William McSwain said in a statement. “This is utterly reprehensible conduct. The charges announced today do not erase what he did, but they do ensure that he is held to account for those actions.”

DOJ: Democrats Paid Pennsylvania Election Officials to Stuff Ballot Box
by John Binder, 21 May 2020

A former Judge of Elections in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has been charged and pleaded guilty to illegally adding votes for Democrat candidates in judicial races in 2014, 2015, and 2016.

On Thursday, the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced charges against former Judge of Elections Domenick DeMuro, 73, for stuffing the ballot box for Democrats in exchange for payment by a paid political consultant.

The charges, and guilty plea, include conspiracy to deprive Philadelphia voters of their civil rights by fraudulently stuffing the ballot boxes for specific Democrat candidates in the 2014, 2015, and 2016 primary elections and a violation of the Travel Act.

“The Trump administration’s prosecution of election fraud stands in stark contrast to the total failure of the Obama Justice Department to enforce these laws,” Public Interest Legal Foundation President Christian Adams said in a statement. “Right now, other federal prosecutors are aware of cases of double voting in federal elections as well as noncitizen voting. Attorney General William Barr should prompt those other offices to do their duty and prosecute known election crimes.”

But we've been told that this never happens.. No way that mail in voting could be rigged in any way... ballot harvesting.. no way...

    Re: Presidential Election 2020

Pennsylvania, Illinois, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, California, Florida have all had documented cases of Dems committing voter fraud.

The funniest one, to me, occurred in the 2008 POTUS election, is the case in Illinois when 5 or 6 people were charged and sentenced to jail time, and paid some fines....well, although other than one night in jail, I don't think they served any time, and George Soros foot the bill for their fines too. But they were so stupidly clumsy it is comical! First, they all agreed to be videoed doing it because one person in the group, also a Dem, knew it was wrong and wanted to document the crime. She convinced the others that the video would serve as protection...should they get caught. They believed that! Next, and I don't remember the exact numbers now, but it was something like there were 14,000 registered voters TOTAL in the precinct and the election results showed obummer 16,500 votes, McCain 400 votes, and a few other candidates with some votes too. Those were all probably accurate. Duh! obummer got more votes than there were voters! Stupid thing was everyone knew obummer was gonna carry Illinois and garner all the Electoral College votes, so cheating was not necessary. Couldn't help themselves, I guess.

Detroit Has 30,000 More Registered Voters than Citizens of Legal Voting

This week, Michigan’s Secretary of State, Jocelyn Benson, announced that the state would send absentee ballot applications — not actual absentee ballots — to 7.7 million voters. In response, President Trump threatened to withhold funding from the state.

In an exclusive interview with SiriusXM Patriot’s Breitbart News Tonight, Eggers said ineligible voters could end up receiving mail-in ballots because Detroit’s voter rolls have at least 30,000 more registered voters on them than citizens who are eligible to vote.

    Yeah.. nothing to see here..

Of course the left says denying those not legally eligible to vote, the vote, is "voter suppression."

Ukraine has released the tapes of Biden's call to their president. In it Biden says something like this: now that the prosecutor general has been fired, congratulations on that, we are now ready to move on with that loan guarantee. Ukraine is conducting criminal investigations into the whole affair. Joe Biden should be extradited there to stand trial...Hunter too.

How is that different than what we thought happened? Didn’t Biden claim that is what he did?

No difference to we who have been saying Quid pro quo Joe extorted the Ukrainians. Yes, he admitted it, bragged about it. But the lamestream media is in denial, and so too is the limpy-wristed GOP too afraid to push the arrest of Biden and his two-bit son. Edwin Edwards used to brag about his crimes, saying "I'm the most honest crook you'll meet!" If you're a Dem just own up to the crimes, everyone goes, well, at least he admits it. However, for some reason, too many people have not grasped what Biden did? He committed a crime. Maybe now that Ukraine is investigating all of it...and there is more to the story than Biden's extortion deal...it'll stay in the news. Maybe.

No one is saying he didn’t push the prosecutor out. What the right wing spin cycle keeps forgetting is that Shokin was one of the corrupt “diamond prosecutors” the free world wanted out of Ukraine for Ukraine to overcome its corruption problem. That is foreign policy and not a crime. One of the chief gripes of the international community was that he would not stamp out the corruption of folks like Zlochevsky (Burisma).

    https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.ind...001.html%3famp

Shokin now claiming that he was actually going to investigate and charge Burisma is a contrived defense, where the evidence shows the exact opposite.

The point is Trump didn't make empty promises just to get elected. He followed through on every one and did his best to make them law. You know that and are just criticizing him like Dems do. Like the Kung Flu is his fault. Just nonsense from the left. Please explain why the "impeachers" were guilty of what they impeached Trump for and are reportedly planning another if he is reelected. The Democratic Party has made it painfully obvious they are not pro America.
