On one of the political blogs I follow, and occasionally post on, there are two very active posters, going by the names of Vickie L. and Ernestine A.. Both are vocal Dem supporters and anti-Trumpers. They post a bunch of silly crap most other posters ignore, and for good reason. But, recently Vickie L. offered proof that Trump is a devout racist, and not just anti-Black, by posting that Donald Trump, the private citizen, is using President Trump's office and power to seize hundreds of thouands of acres "in the northeast" away from Native American tribes. This is the first I am hearing anything even remotely like this. I would think, if true, there would be more out there in "news" land. When challenged on it by another poster, Vickie L. just said Trump is using his power as POTUS to take away tribal lands and then make them available to be sold, and his company, real estate development, has bought up all the land seized so far, with more to come. Vickie L. had gotten 32 "thumbs up" and a few posters saying, "I'm not surprised by this."
Ernestine A. says she is a black woman and first was supporting Trump as POTUS, did not vote for him, but was giving him a chance. Says he did good restoring the economy, creating jobs, knows of several of her black friends, and some family members, who got good jobs and was thinking, well, maybe Trump is doing good. Then, she says, he totally lost me when he became a racist. When asked to clarify, Ernestine said, he calls blacks who riot "thugs" but never says anything about whites who are doing the same riots. Another poster said Trump referred to white supremists as "good people," to which Ernestine and some others replied, "yeah, that's right, he did!" See, he is a racist, even if he did some good things for the black community.
Can't help Ernestine, but perhaps someone can uncover the great tribal lands "land-grab" by Donald Trump.
I will "Bing" it now....
Found that in March of this year, 300 acres of "tribal lands" were removed from a reservation of the Mashpee Wampanoga Tribe in Massachusettes. The "administration" used a law passed by the obummer administation, 2015, that allows the Dept of Interior to reclassify reservation lands removing them from absolute protection i.e. remove from the federal trust. The tribe sued, won, and the Federal guvmint appealed, lost in the appeals court, yet the 300 acres remains in limbo...nothing has changed as to the title of the land, yet. Apparently despite two court victories the tribe is saying they will lose the land. How?
As of today no one, including Trump, Inc., has purchased said 300 acres...
And this:
Tribes everywhere are now worried over the decision to revoke reservation statuses, according to Jean-Luc Pierite of the advocacy group the North American Indian Center. “This is an existential crisis for tribes,” Pierite said. “It’s a power grab and a land grab by the Trump administration.”The designation is an Obama-era policy that enacted special land designations over tribal lands in 2015. A recent federal court ruling permits the U.S. Department of the Interior to revoke these designations. A U.S. Court of Appeals in Boston upheld a lower court decision in February that ruled the federal government was not authorized to take land into trust for the Mashpee Wampanoag. The tribe has not challenged the decision. Cromwell told AP that a separate lawsuit is still pending in Washington, D.C. The Mashpee Wampanoag currently maintain its federal recognition, along with about 600 other tribes, such as the Pacific-based Santa Ynez Band of Chumash Mission Indians, whose land reservation status were also removed from federal trust in April 2019. The federal government cited the discovery of an endangered bird species, including the California condor, as the reason for the redesignation.
Of course! seize land under the excuse of protecting endangered species...
I saw a California Condor when I was working for the USFS in southern Oregon (guess the bird didn't know he had crossed the state line). We were under strict orders to report all wildlife sightings we had while working, which was usually alone. Beautiful and HUGE bird! At first my report was poo-poohed, "come on, you didn't really see a condor...must have been a regular vulture." But the wildlife agents were obligated to investigate the report. They set up a stake-out where I reported the sighting....sure enough! They found a nesting pair of Cal Condors. I got a special award for it...and the logging job we had been working on for weeks...was cancelled.
No way true Americans allow this tax/money grab and waste to get voted into office!

Biden plans, addressing issues from climate to elder care, near $10 trillion price tag
The spending would take place over a 10-year period.

Trump also wished Ruth Bader Ginsberg well upon learning about her hospitalization. He said "She has given some good rulings.. I wish her the best" Is there something evil and twisted about this statement?
Apparently Trump is sinister and evil and has nefarious motives behind what he says... I was wondering what was his evil motive behind RGB comments.
To be sinister, you have to be bright.
Trump is just daft. Or, as one GOP lawmaker said in response to his well wishes for a woman up on sex trafficking charges (as well as grooming young girls to be trafficked later), obtuse.
Of course, Roy is probably a Rino pinko commie libtard because he also disagreed with Trump dunking on McCain.

Biden will never make it unless his speaking is 100% coddled, just like a child, by the commie media and DNC.
Video: Joe Biden Aide Interrupts, Ends TV Interview After Just Minutes
For the second time in a week, Joe Biden’s campaign abruptly ended a local TV interview after claiming the reporter’s time was up.
Biden was speaking to ABC 15 in Arizona when an aide, identified as Ari Krupkin on the screen, interrupted the conversation:
Last week, NBC 12, also in Arizona, was abruptly cut off, as well:
About six minutes into the appearance, a Biden aide tried unsuccessfully to cut off anchor Mark Curtis.
At 10:55, Curtis asked another question, and the Biden aide said Curtis’s time was up. Then Biden’s feed went black.
“Mark, that’s our time. Thanks so much,” the aide could be heard saying.
Biden then suddenly appeared full screen and answered the question. The interview abruptly ended with no thank you or sign off.

John McCain was a self-absorbed jerk, but he didn't deserve being verbally slapped by Trump most of the time...especially when Trump said he likes soldiers that don't get captured. That was uncalled for and hideous. Trump pointing out that McCain had voted many times to repeal the ACA then showing up like a drama queen and voting to keep it when it finally mattered was fair game.
Hey, I hate what he has done to Sessions as well. True that Sessions was not up to the job, but Trump appointed him.
Still voting for Trump, though.
Poll: 62% of Americans Say They Have Political Views They’re Afraid to Share.
quote:
Strong liberals are “the only political group who feels they can express themselves” without fear of repercussions, a new Cato Institute survey finds. In a national survey of 2,000 Americans at least 18 years old, conducted July 1-6, 2020, Cato asked respondents to agree or disagree with the following statement: “The political climate these days prevents me from saying things I believe because others might find them offensive.” Sixty-two percent (62%) of Americans agreed, up from 58% in 2017, leading Cato to conclude that “self- censorship is on the rise in the United States.” Republicans were the most likely to be afraid to share their views (77%), followed by 59% of Independents. Slightly more than half (52%) of Democrats said they were afraid to voice their opinions. By ideology, staunch liberals were the only cohort where a majority said they felt free to voice their opinions, as even centrist liberals felt unsafe – signaling a divide between the far-left and moderate liberals, Cato reports: “Strong liberals stand out, however, as the only political group who feel they can express themselves. Nearly 6 in 10 (58%) of staunch liberals feel they can say what they believe. However, centrist liberals feel differently. A slim majority (52%) of liberals feel they have to self- censor, as do 64% of moderates, and 77% of conservatives. This demonstrates that political expression is an issue that divides the Democratic coalition between centrist Democrats and their left flank.”
Interesting. I fall into this category. The only social media platform I use is FaceBook only because it is a great way to keep in touch with family, old classmates, old friends, etc. Several people, including family members are always posting political stuff. I never have and never will post anything political on a social media platform because it is used as a method to determine employment.
