Two deputies shot and critically wounded by some thug...there's a video capture from a nearby building showing the shooting. And then BLM blocked the entrance to the emergency room not only for the two deputies but for any other ambulances trying to get in. And of course there's the video of the BLM piece of shit shouting at the camera "I hope they effing die."

About 5 protestors showed up after the deputies were admitted and then they were quickly ushered away. No emergency admits were actually blocked.
Your post is a bit misleading,
Eyewitness: protestors tried to gain access to the emergency room and were turned back at the door by hospital security. Then they blocked the door shouting obscenities and had to be ushered away by officers.
Another eyewitness, this one with a low quality video shot from his phone, clearly shows an ambulance trying to approach the ER door and stopping at the foot of the ramp, a group of people kind of moving away into a grassy area and finally a LEO waving the ambulance to come on, which it did. That witness narrating the scene says it was BLM thugs being "ushered" away by officers. You cannot identify anyone clearly in the video, except a couple of LEOs. But it was from that same grassy area that that BLMer shouted at the camera "I hope they effing die."
But of course, absent any clear evidence, it's hard to pin this on BLMers since we all know their professed reverence for police officers. It would be out of character for BLMers to behave like this...

Church in Tioga vandalized. Windows broken, statues smashed, plus other damage. The pastor of Immaculate Conception Church in Natchitoches said a couple of months ago that there had been some vandalism, mostly minor, but some of the graffiti left is alarming. Now, in the wake of the Tioga incident the church will not be left opened for any period of time, even during the daylight hours. Extra security has been contracted as well.

BTW, how did those BLM pieces of shit know there had been a shooting of cops? The most docile explanation is they had a police scanner and heard about it that way. But I tend to lean toward they knew because they were in on it.
A female radio reporter was arrested outside the hospital, so let’s also not ignore another obvious possibility.
A female...BTW, why is it significant the reporter was female?...radio reporter that was also in on it, a public broadcasting source to keep the thugs advised what is going on. Clever.
