Not sure about bowl game but we are close to the all-time Tech record. 2001 Auburn and 2000 Penn St, we had 5 interceptions in both.

Had 6 against Lamar in 1983 and at San Jose State in 1993.

...But that's when Luke McCown was throwing 40 to 50 passes a game. That's quite different than what we've seen today. For example:

Luke McCown was 36-of-56 passes for 406 yards and two TDs for Louisiana Tech (2-2). It was the first time in nine years a quarterback had thrown for more than 400 yards against Penn State. But McCown also threw three interceptions, and his third-quarter miscues allowed the Nittany Lions to run away with the game.
