The regime is paralyzed because the economic officials led by Yellen who are in charge are in bed with the very Wall Street firms that the illegal market manipulation was designed to help.

It is not that increasing oil price helps America, but it (as well as a normalization in gasoline prices) is an indicator that economic activity is picking up in America. Demand is coming back, which means things are improving overall - not just in Texas and Louisiana.
