Shame about the ninjas that snuck in and destroyed all the evidence about the massive fraud so that we only have your word for it now. Weird how that happens.
I didn’t think it necessary to memorize names. It sufficed they signed their testimony facing charges if proven false.
As it is, some have been judged as guilty without testifying.
I hope they are not someone you care about. One whose name I could give would have to give me permission because I wouldn’t want to cause her any further misery.
Did you read what they signed their name to? Because the issue, according to the judges, was that what they alleged was not enough to prove fraud. So that is fundamentally the issue - I don’t doubt that there were some witnesses that thought that what they saw was evidence of fraud, but the question of “fraud” is a legal conclusion. The facts that they stated in their affidavits didn’t prove it.
To put it simply - if a witness signs a statement that simply says “I saw fraud”, that statement will be completely disregarded because it is a legal conclusion. The witnesses instead swears to the SPECIFIC facts that they observed, and the trier of fact (judge in this case) makes the conclusion as to whether the facts are sufficient to prove the cause of action asserted in the complaint/request for relief.
Picking up voters, taking them to the polls, then giving them a list of who to vote for along with a few bucks is not fraud, but neither is ballot dumping of votes by unknown voters. What a great thing this mail in voting was for the haters...He/we called it weeks before the laws were broken to allow the mass mail in ballots.
Republicans hate voter turnout. Typical.
Have you looked at the evidence available? How many attempts have you made to disprove more voters “voted” than are registered in several precincts. That doesn’t bother you?
You aren’t concerned that thousands of votes show up when no one was supposed to be counting? Did you know that took place at the exact time on line transmissions ere made from other countries, that people who do these analyses have documented this happening?
You should be very concerned, because if it is true (Ian convinced) we all are in a fix if we don’t get this addressed.
Please think this. Through and look at the information available. Swallow your pride and look it over for yourself.
I wanted to know so I took it in. My concern now is not about the results of this election but over the fact the maanipulation of voting machines has been under way before this election, and it is being done b y foreigners who don’t like you or me.

We've been through this. Ballot turnout is not voter turnout.
I have already congratulated you commie bastards for the "grand theft election." It was well planned and executed...and of course it included the destruction of evidence. Congrats to Tom Brady for #7 and congrats to you commies for stealing the election. I don't like either outcome, but it is what it is.

Where can I find a document that says he reviewed the evidence?
If what you are saying is true, how could that judge prove the evidence isn’t credIble.
Had that judge considered the evidence sworn to, he could have them behind bars.
Why do you say “votes showed up when no one was supposed to be counting”? Are you saying they were supposed to stop counting before all the votes were in?
In Detroit there were drop boxes for absentee ballots that were open until 8 pm that night. Those votes had to be collected after 8 (obviously), and then taken to the clerk’s office (where absentee ballots were also to be received), validated and then taken to the center where they were tabulated. Obviously, those votes were always going to come on the middle of the night. None of that is evidence of fraud even if witnesses thought it was. That was evidence the procedure was followed - the witnesses just didn’t understand the proper procedure.

Do you think someone submitted ballots with made up names? What are you saying? I really guess I don't know. Do you think so someone copied the ballot and just made up a bunch of fake names and mailed them in? Is that the problem (it'd certainly be a problem).
And would have been easily caught. That is one of the major problems with all these allegations. Even if you could get over the lack of evidence for what was alleged. You can’t hide that level of widespread fraud - voter rolls, audits, etc. would shine a light on that real quick.
