Maricopa County's Board of Supervisors -- four out of five of whom are Republicans -- met Monday to respond to Fann's allegations, with board members offering harsh condemnations of the GOP-led Senate.

Board Chairman Jack Sellers, a Republican, said the state Senate is running "a grift disguised as an audit."

"This board is done explaining anything to these people who are playing investigator with our constituents' ballots and equipment, paid for with real people's tax dollars. People's ballots and money are not make-believe," Sellers said. "It's time to be done with this craziness."

During the meeting, Richer repeated his response to Fann's claims.

"No files from the 2020 election have been deleted. We deleted zero -- zero files," he said.
The board voted unanimously to sign a letter detailing Richer's point-by-point responses to Fann's claims, and Sellers said they would not be participating further in the audit.

But are they totally sure there aren't hidden bamboo particles on the ballots that clearly show that they were all shipped from China? I mean, they haven't shown that Hugo Chavez's ghost didn't fill those ballots out, have they?

There has already been two real audits and they found no issues. This third “audit” is a fake non-transparent audit been run by a troll company funded in part by private funds. They have already shown what they are up to - creating new misinformation to stir up fake conspiracy theories.

You already fell for one of them. That is what this is all about and why even Republicans are opposed to it. This election denialism does not make the Republican Party stronger. It makes it more irrelevant.

I feel like we're missing a chance to hire an "audit firm" that's even more convinced going in about a conspiracy. My vote (see what I did there) is that regardless of what this report says, we go ahead and hire the pillow king to come and use his expertise to audit the audit of the audit of the audit of the vote that was certified by the experts.

And if he can't find something, we should have former president Trump come in behind him and count every ballot by hand (and maybe go door to door to verify each vote).

And if that doesn't work, the taxpayers of Arizona should probably hire that "expert" that can't get the right counties in the right states. He's got to be available, right?

I just find it very interesting that Democrats are trying very very hard to stop this audit from happening. If the audit turns up nothing, then an audit was done, nothing was found, proves that the election was done properly and we move on.. What is everyone so afraid of?

Counting $10,000 over and over doesn't matter if you don't look to see if there are counterfeit bills in there. It is my understanding that all of the other audits just recounted the same mail in votes, not determining if they should have been counted in the first place. That is not an audit.
