The commissioner in Philadelphia literally tweeted at 2 am saying they were not stopping in response to the bad reporting.
What is FNC? Fox?
I can't find any reporting about this. It doesn't sound like it happened.
If one (very unreliable) news source is reporting something, and all the other ones are reporting the opposite (and showing their work - quotes from the people involved, hard date like the 538 stuff showing the numbers as they changed) it seems more likely to me that it didn't happen than that all the news companies in the world (save one) are covering something up. Especially something that would be as obvious as "hey everyone, head on home, we'll start back tomorrow" and then sneaking back in the building to forge ballots (or change ballots? or just tally non-ballots?).
I mean, they have systems for this stuff. That everyone on both sides knows about.
It's just not very plausible. But I'd be willing to read reporting about it if you can find it (I couldn't).
[QUOTE=Guisslapp;1803640]Kind of refutes your claim, doesn’t it?[/QUOTE. This was the most crooked election in the history of the world. I stayed up until 2 AM on election night and FNC showed the inside of the building and everybody had gone home that was counting votes. They brought another crew in that counted the write in ballots on that truck. Trump had a 400,000 vote lead when they stopped at 2. At 8 the next morning they were real close.
It seems inconsistent to claim that "they" stated they'd stop counting votes for the night when there is evidence that the person in charge publicly said they weren't stopping at the same time he was supposed to have said they were stopping.
That seems like a clue this didn't happen and that FNC was wrong about in their reporting about it. Right?
Not to mention the 538 chart showing the vote totals as they came in. Trump was ahead all the way through the next morning on that chart - it was the later mailed in votes that changed the outcome. And even then, the question was always whether Trump had enough lead when they knew the votes still being counted were mail in votes (which leaned D) and the bigger cities (which lean D). And in both cases, nobody was surprised. They weren't allowed to start counting the mail in votes until later and the higher numbers of votes in big cities naturally take longer to count. At 8:00 the next morning, Trump was still up 620,000 votes, but that was only 75% of all votes.
All I know is what I saw on FNC. Everybody went home around 2 AM. That's when they started bringing the write-in votes in the building and the next morning they said most of them had been counted. It was a real mess in that building and i don't see how they kept the ballots separated and counted in an organized manner. It was easy for the democrats to cheat.
