The problem here though seems to be that the DMV he visited violated the state law. So the issue is in the application of laws related to the requirement as much as the requirement itself.
Under Wisconsin law, the DMV should’ve given Moore a credential he could use for voting within six business days. But that never happened. It appears that Wisconsin is violating multiple court orders by not promptly giving eligible citizens free IDs or certificates for voting.
Hmmmm. We should be able to drive without a driver's license and own a car without having to register it with the DMV, etc.
That was what you were saying, right? I mean, if we don't need a photo ID to vote we shouldn't be troubled with the rest of that stuff either.
Furthermore, EVERYONE should be able to go get government cheese, unemployment compensation, free Obamacare and everything else without having to show proof of income and fill out a lot of paperwork. Such a burden to do all that stuff.
Stacey Abrams now sees no racism in requiring photo ID, so expect the new talking points to be regurgitated here shortly.
Voting is a privilege. I’ve already educated you on this.
Sounds like paradise to me.. I went to a DMV "Megacenter" in Carrollton. My license had expired back in Oct and they told me to wait until government "reopened" to get mine renewed. So when Abbott reopened Texas back in March I went to DMV to get license renewed. You could only go to DMV with appointment only. So I went home, made appointment online and earliest appointment I could get anywhere from Sherman, Tyler, DFW was mid May. So I booked the appointment and went at my time. Even with appointment it took me an hour to get license renewed.
