Anyone see the recent exchange between Senator Rand Paul and the little weasel, Dr. Fauci? It was on CSPAN.
Senator Paul presented as evidence, and had it submitted into the record, a white paper which documents the whole NIH's monetary contributions to the Wuhan Lab, and! the quotes from Dr. Shi and a Dr. Enbright that clearly and concisely implicate the lab in experimentation to CREATE a new virus capable of infecting humans. Based on that report there is zero, nada, zilch doubt the Wuhan Lab created the China Virus (Covid-19).
Now...that is what the report says. Fauci was not allowed to fully address Senator Paul's allegations during the hearing since Paul kept interrupting him. Then the committee chair banged the gavel and declared time was up. I support Senator Paul's efforts to get to the truth in this matter, but wish he'd shut up and allow Fauci to answer the question. If that report is accurate then there is no need to browbeat the little weasel, Dr. Fauci. Allow him to speak and continue to lie to Congress, which as we have seen, (if you're a conservative or Egad! a Trumpster) lands you in federal prison.

No, he didn't. Not in that exchange. Fauci never provided a believable response. Yes, it is true, he was barely given a chance to speak, but to any THINKING person with an open mind, the question remains: what is the REAL truth? Unless and until that report is discredited it remains an open question. Now, one might say, that was Paul's tactics, to introduce the white paper as official evidence and not allow Fauci adequate time to rebuke it. Maybe. But until someone does, that report is damning.
Fauci was trying to provide the explanation that those of us that follow the science already know. Paul didn’t want him to get that far because Paul doesn’t want it to be explained clearly. I think you realize that.
Did NIH or Did they not provide funding to the lab in China for Gain of Function experimentation. Either directly or indirectly??

Questions like this are cut & dry...either they did or did not.
We do know that the NIH provided funding to Dr. Shi while at UNC at least, and perhaps while she was in Canada too. We also know that someone in the obummer administration grew alarmed enough to cut off funding and support, and that UNC suspended said research on viruses. But, that Shi was allowed to leave the US for China (Wuhan) and take samples and notes with her. Yet! we are asked to accept that there is NO POSSIBILITY the Chicoms supported said research at Wuhan, and as a result of that either accidently or on purpose some dangerous virus escaped the Wuhan Lab. Sounds not only possible, but very plausible too. Especially given that sources in Australia and Japan were screaming "look out" early on.
