They are saying only those who are inside the Airport compound.

One attack at a hotel, about 4 blocks from the airport, and the other at Abbey Gate at the airport.

ISIS-K has taken credit for the bombs. They are mortal enemies of a faction or two of the Taliban. Right now ISIS-K is not separating the Taliban out, just attacking any and all, and of course, any westerners who happen to become a target of opportunity. The civil war has begun in Afghanistan and it will be bloody and brutal. We need to bomb our own equipment to deny it to the evil-doers, and get the hell out and never go back.
