Sleepy's Rasmussen Reports Approval Index rating run below -20 is now at 36 straight polls. After getting all the way up to -24 for three polls last week, the rating is back down to -26 yesterday and -28 today.

The -28 index is from 21% strongly approve and 49% strongly disapprove.

Overall, the total approve is back down to the administration low of 40% with total disapprove at the administration high of 59%.
