I would stay where we are now with Army being the only expansion candidate I'd consider. Adding Army could mean:

Working out deals with with Fox and CBS and getting onto Amazon Prime (first choice) or Paramount+ (second choice) the way the Belt and AAC are on ESPN+. We could get CBS to stop paying ESPN for MAC games.

Forego the cash the way the Belt does - only taking in about $100K a year in cash the way the Belt schools do - if the networks agree to produce and pay for everything TV related, including Coach's shows.

Get the conference championship game onto network TV, either on Fox or CBS.

Keep making Army say no until they say yes.

One of the coolest things I have ever seen was the cadets marching all over the campus at TCU back in 2001. It was impressive.

aint that the truth. that trip we made for Army game was absolutely the best we've had following Tech. Niagara Falls, Canada, Cooperstown, West Point, NYC were all places we got to go to. would go back in a second.

Over UALR, sure.

ASU recruits students from central Arkansas. They've had billboards up in that area for a long time.

For football, it's UCA they've got to watch out for. They really don't need the Bears to make the FBS jump.

ASU is a decent education too. Great spots for kids who want to move away, but don’t like NW Arkansas.

That’s my point, good education and enough pride in their school to advertise in an area that seems 100% sold out for the Razorbacks. Wasn’t sure how much support UALR has. This is the reason we should have billboards all over Shreveport, Monroe, Alexandria, and El Dorado.

I interpreted the comments about our advertising to mean we didn’t have even that anymore. I stand corrected.

Agreed. I drive by one everyday. We need to pay whatever it costs for QUALITY digital marketing. It ain’t cheap and it more than likely ain’t local. Go out and find a firm that can lift our presence where future quality students are.

That is true as well. We need to expand into more advanced forms of advertising for sure.
