My worst symptoms are over. Still a cough and stuffy sinuses. I would consider everything I have endured as extremely mild. And I guess I’m not vaxxed anymore since I got the jabs almost a year ago.

Well, MO-Ron, that is kind of the point of the vaccine. To train your body to recognize the infection and fight it quickly enough that you have a much better outcome.

Of course, with "pro-Vaxers" like you getting COVID right and left, it's kind of hard to claim today that the "vaccine" (which it's really not) works to prevent COVID.

It's funny. I told you people many months ago to take Ivermectin for prevention and quick recovery. Now we find out the NFL has been secretly using it to treat it's players. LOL! They just didn't want the world to know about it, because it wasn't "politically correct".

Wasn’t healthy. He had already contracted COVID-19, even if he hadn’t realized it. Waited too long to get vaccinated, unfortunately.

Day 6 and 7 for us. Feeling better today, actually slept for the first night since New Year's Eve...no fever since Sunday...but coughing like a chain smoker. I think that will continue for about another week or so according to our MD.

Talking about vaccinated vs unvaxxed, the only thing I can go on is our experience here. Our 2 sons and their S.O.'s are not vaccinated, Mrs. CK3 and I had 2 Moderna shots back in the April timeframe. ALL 6 OF US tested positive for Covid last week. Mrs. CK3 and I have been MUCH SICKER than the unvaxx'd kids...to the point THEY can't even believe how much worse we've been than them.

With so much conflicting information flying around out there about the virus and the vaccines, like so many Americans, we don't know what to believe about any of it. We are in our late 50's...the kids are in their 20's...that MAY have some impact on how we were affected, but who knows?

So far, we have quarantined and been able to protect our 80+ year old mom and dad, and that's the important thing.

I'm sorry that you and your wife are in this situation. Here's to wishing you both have a speedy and healthy recovery! You guys have been repeatedly LIED TO by your political leaders, Big Pharma, your Dinosaur media, your social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, etc...), the medical community and of course, ignorant people like Guisslapp, who don't give a shit whether you and your family die or not. But we are all adults, and we all have immune systems. And we all have to take responsibility for what we voluntarily put in our bodies.

Please don't let other people coerce you and your family into taking more shots, and doing something you really don't feel good about doing. That said, I highly recommend that you both consider taking Ivermectin for rapid recovery. Hey, if it's good enough for the NFL to give to its' players (story linked in my previous post)........I wish your family all the best.

Yeah, my son and DIL both bounced back very quickly from their covid as did my wife.. early 50's I'm in mid 50's and mine developed into double pneumonia. That was the sickest I've ever been in my life. Oxygen levels were low, so hard trying to breathe and add sleep apnea on top of that made for 3-4 very rough days/nights. All of us were vaccinated and boosted except for me. I was going for booster day I tested positive. So after having it, and the antibody infusion, I can't get boosted until April.

So, you had taken the first two COVID shots, but NOT your booster? Did you ever consider taking Ivermectin or Hydroxychloroquine?

Haven’t had a cold or sinus infection in 4 years. When I started feeling bad, I took a test, then another at the clinic, both positive immediately.

Well...my daughter started a brand new job at Rapides Hospital in Alex, started yesterday. Works 8:00 to 5:00 shift. About noon today she texted me she was feeling "rotten." Then around 3PM she texted again she was sick. Just texted me again, she is at their clinic with 101F fever. She's afraid they would fire her, so she kept working her shift to the bitter end even though she was aching badly. She is NOT in close, direct contact with patients as she is working as an MA in the office. Yes, she is fully vaxxed (required) and they all wear masks all day.

BTW her son, my grandson, who was very sick a few days ago is his old self and is climbing the walls...

No, my doctor didn't prescribe it. Actually for the Covid, the only thing they gave me were steroids to take. The Covid itself wasn't bad, I've had worse colds or sinus infections. It was the double pneumonia that developed by day 7 that kicked my butt.
