Your QB sucks, but he is related to the coach and the coach won't pull him. A lot of time and effort was expended getting him into college, all the way to manipulating his high school transcripts and having a paid lackey sit for the college entrance exams, and that is an investment the coach is not willing to just let go of.
The fans continue to cheer for the home team, but are frustrated that the horrible QB (let's call him "Brandon" just to give him a name) keeps screwing up over and over again. They are hopeful that somehow he gets lucky and does something to add some excitement for the home fans, but their prayers just keep going unanswered.
Let's hope a moment of clarity hits our guy tonight and he reverses some of the chaos he has worked so hard to create.

During the SOTU, Louder with Crowder was live fact checking. They were pretty busy setting the record straight. Also, they took a drink every time Biden slurred. I think they were all drunk before the first time Nancy stood up to clap. Also, Pelosi and Harris looked like 2 of the biggest idiots alive up there.

Biden left out several things in his state of the union speech that he should have told us. Joint chief of staff chairman General Mark Milley recently testified that under Biden, the military has expended 6,000,000 man-hours on climate change, diversity, and extremism. The Air Force and Navy have cut back on pilot training hours. According to the Air Force, hours have been reduced below what is required to maintain high levels of proficiency. I'm sure that's good news to Putin, pilots knowing more about wokeness than about the planes they fly to protect our country.
Biden also didn't mention all the oil we're buying from Russia, even though it's helping Putin finance his war against Ukraine where he is killing anybody that gets in his way, including innocent women and children, even babies. Makes you wonder how much money Biden and his son are getting out of this for not helping Ukraine more. That's a real problem when the crooked democrats put a man in the whitehouse that has been compromised in several countries.
Ha! I’m all for R&D into alternative fuel. Wind, solar, and water are unpredictable. Electric cars already use fossil fuels to run charging stations. Not to mention an electric vehicle is more expensive, lower payload, and travels less distance on a charge than a tank of gas. When alternate energy is equal to fossil fuels in efficiency and reliability, then let’s talk. Until then, Biden just needs to quit playing the Pinocchio to Putin’s Stromboli.
I tried to watch it but fell asleep. It’s really sad that our government has more fossils than a tar pit. A guy with full blown dementia and a dirty diaper giving the address, an old bat sitting behind him that looks like she has EPS from too many psych drugs. Let’s not forget about Mitch “Cadaver” McConnell who looks like he’s already dead. Every time I watch a SOTU, it looks more like a nursing home than a government event. When the average age of the Senate is 65 (true statement), there’s something very wrong. Why can’t these people retire??
Electric cars also require more rare earth minerals. And the toxic waste from spent batteries creates more dangerous pollutants than hydrocarbons.
U.S. and Canadian oil is produced in a much cleaner way than is Russian oil, and that shouldn't be ignored if Sleepy and his minions choose to ignore the politics of the situation. Trying to force reduced oil comsumption in this situation just isn't realistic, and the economic impact of not importing Russian oil could have been avoided with a sane energy policy dating back to noon ET on 1/20/2021.
