I completed a survey sent out by the Small Business Administration (SBA), a Federal agency and taxpayer funded, on our company. Several of the questions were along the lines of:

"What percentage of your workforce are LGTBQ?"

Later it asked, "What steps is your company taking to recruit members of the LGTBQ community?"

Really!? What, "We're an equal opportunity employer (but if you're a gay wad, then please apply)"

This country teeters on the brink of ultimate destruction.
