BLM leader in Memphis sentenced to 6 years in prison for voter fraud
The US Supreme Court may (and hopefully will) rule on a case pending, a lawsuit, in North Carolina which could/would affect all 50 states. I didn't read the whole article, a case study, but skimmed it and it boils down to strengthening the "power" of state legislatures re: elections. We saw what happened in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin too, and elsewhere in 2020 when local "federal" courts over-ruled state legislatures and allowed election officials to violate state laws in voting procedures, etc. If the SC rules as the GOP in North Carolina wants/hopes then this will codify such state laws and render federal judges mute on the matter going forward.
In the article it is pointed out Conservatives, i.e. True American Patriots, hold a 6-3 edge...thanks to our gallant President Trump! and it is expected that the SC will rule in favor of the NC GOP. Of course the demwits/libtards are going nutso over the prospect.
So, how do you stop the machine? They will never go along with:
1. No votes cast before at least 1 debate
2. All early/absentee/mail in votes counted before Election Day
3. All in person voting counted day of
4. All mail in ballots signed and certified by notary or other verification process
So what can be done really?
All of these things should be done.
1) Voter rolls must be cleaned up to eliminate any unqualified name (moved or deceased) from the list.
2) Voter registration for an election should be closed 30 days prior to election day. This is needed to stabilize the voter rolls which is where too much of the current fraud is generated from.
3) I would prefer to eliminate all mail-in ballots. But at a minimum universal mail-in voting where ballots are automatically mailed out to the entire voter database must be eliminated.
4) All requests for mail-in ballots if allowed must be made individually for each election and must be received at least 21 days prior to election day to allow time to mail out and receive back completed ballots. These requests must provide information found on a photo id such as a driver's license.
5) All mail-in ballots must be received by the election office by the time the polls close on election day. No exceptions.
6) Photo id must be mandatory for in-person voting.
7) No in-person voting should be allowed anywhere more than 21 days before a scheduled election day.
8) Large voting centers should be allowed only for early in-person voting. Voting on election day should be done by precinct.
9) Outlaw unsupervised ballot drop boxes. Ballots must be completed either in-person inside a voting location or by mail with specifically requested ballots.
10) All ballots must be marked on paper and must be hand-counted until counts are verified. No tabulators or clandestine adjudication of ballots.
11) Once started, vote counting should not be paused for any reason until completed.
