Not sure I think Chadwell is a better coach than Freeze, probably a much better person though. He is a very good and will be the best coach in the conference. Especially if he brings a healthy Grayson McCall with him. Speculation is with being injured this season he might come back for one more year. If that's the case they do not lose a conference game. Liberty has too much of a financial advantage over us. No way we could pry Chadwell away like Liberty is trying to do.

It seems official. Prime moving to Boulder. Will be interesting if nothing else.

I think this will be a huge mistake on his part.

The road to the top of the PAC is not too tough with USC and UCLA moving. Just be better than the Ducks and the Utes. Prime Time can do that, even at Colorado.

Sanders, and all those singing his praises, will soon learn that trying to win at Colorado is a totally different beast than anything he encountered at Jackson State. His persona won't carry enough, really ANY, weight in the bigger picture. Oh, he might land some recruits that CU wouldn't have gotten but competing at that level requires a whole lot more than winning a few recruiting battles.

I think he will be good there. It is kind of a weird fit. Obviously he will not repeat his win/loss record at any Power 5 school. Very few go 23-2 in years 2 and 3 anywhere.

Jackson has more media coverage than Boulder. In this case it's all about athletes and getting them to follow the coach. Boulder? Really?

It will also be about NIL money. Ben Mintz was on Fox's show in Ruston last week and mentioned that one of Ole Miss' collectives has a war chest of about $10 million.

Can Colorado's boosters put something like that together? I'm wondering if even Sanders has any idea what they might have or might not have access to!

Boosters want a decent ROI. That can’t happen in Boulder. Sanders picked Colorado because they were the first and only P5 offer. I’m not sure he got any G5 offers.

And I expect there are things that Prime got away with in the SWAC because nobody cares that he won't be getting away with in the Pac 12.

I can’t imagine having enough money to spend millions to buy a high school football player.
